Holistic vision training

Holistic Vision and Perception Care
Seeing is more than a purely optical process. It is an active form of perception that is closely interconnected with posture, movement, breathing, attention, emotions, and everyday habits.
This holistic vision and perception offering does not view seeing in isolation, but as part of a complex interaction of physical, cognitive, and emotional dimensions.
The offer is intended for people who wish to consciously take time to care for their perception, to experience relaxation, and to gain gentle impulses for everyday life.

Key Areas of Focus
Vision and perception care considers, among other things, the following perspectives:
-
Relaxation and presence for body, breathing, and attention
-
Gentle movement and ergonomic impulses for body and eyes in daily life
-
Mindful reflection on eating habits
-
The interplay of perception, movement, and attention
-
Awareness of emotional influences on perception and experience
(The selection and emphasis of these aspects are individually adapted.)

Approach and Process
The process begins with an in-depth, perception- and everyday-life-oriented initial conversation (anamnesis). During this conversation, personal visual habits, work and living contexts, as well as individual questions are explored together.
Based on this exchange, an individually adapted framework for exercises and reflection is developed, aligned with personal intentions and suitable for integration into everyday life. Vision and perception care is process-oriented and is understood as a supportive space for learning and experience.

Note
This offer is an accompaniment and care service focused on perception and awareness.
It does not constitute medical, therapeutic, or psychological treatment and does not replace professional medical assessment or therapy.
